Fellowship

One of the aspects of Christian living that is rarely mentioned is that Christians have fun together! Much of what we do corporately is serious: Bible study, prayer, service, worship. But engaged in the Lord's work, we also find time to enjoy each other's company.

GREETERS & OBLATION BEARERS: The ministry of our Welcoming Committee is to meet the members of our congregational family and our visitors at the Church door, welcoming them to St. Timothy's. The Oblation Bearers represent the gathered community in presenting the Bread & Wine at the Altar during our worship.

WOMEN'S GUILD: The Women's Guild meets at the church every Monday evening throughout the year. They hold a variety of events, primary of which is the Annual Holiday Bazaar in the late fall. They help to fund a variety of needed improvements in our facility and program. They are hard workers and have wonderful fun together too.  Quilt making is an annual project.

PARISH LIFE: Various activities, both in and out of the church, provide for popular social gatherings of our congregational family. Examples include our  annual Fall Jamboree, The Pancake Supper, The Strawberry Festival, and, of course - Coffee Hour.

Following the service, there is a social gathering for sweets and a cup of coffee or tea.  This is a great opportunity to enhance our family experience here at St. Timothy's.  Every Sunday Walter brings the donut holes and ol' Ed makes coffee.  Come and join us.
