On Saturday, August 9th, a premier showing of a video conversation with The Rev. Canon Malcolm Boyd, St. Timothy's first priest, took place from 4 to 6 p.m.

This free event included refreshments and recognition of the many priests who have served the parish in our first 50 years.  The Rev. Boyd was the last rector of St. George's parish and the founding priest of St. Timothy's.  These days he is poet in residence at the Cathedral parish of the Diocese of Los Angeles.

This video interview was recorded in Los Angeles in June for the anniversary of St. Timothy's.  We began our anniversary celebration on St. Timothy's Day in 2008 and will conclude on St. Timothy's Day in 2009.

Many thanks to our friends at Christ Church Cathedral, Indianapolis, for a generous financial gift in support of this production, and to The Very Reverend Robert Giannini, canon theologian in the Diocese of Indianapolis, who designed the interview questions with assistance from parishioners.

The interview is available for sale, just $20.
